Are you looking after your Tyres?

More often than not, we forget to check and care for the tyres on our cars. Here are 3 easy steps to help you look after your tyres.
1. Check the Tread Depth on your Tyre. This is important because the more tread you have on your tyre, the better the tyre will grip to the road in wet weather.
2. Check your Tyre Pressure. The car manual will tell you how much pressure should be in your tyre. It's important to check this approximately once a month to ensure there is enough pressure in the tyre. Too much pressure, or not enough pressure will make your tyres wear unevenly.
3. Check the Tyres for Damage or Uneven Wear. It is good to get into the habit of checking your Tyres for any damage or uneven wearing. Look for cuts or wear or bulges.
If you have any doubt about your tyres, you can stop in and we will happily check your tyres free of charge.

I am often asked if you will void your new car warranty if you don’t have your car serviced with the dealer where the car was purchased. Simply, the answer is NO! This is one of the greatest myths about new car servicing.
